Yoga and pottery pop-ups in London

👀👇

Your body feels tight,
your brain feels
fried,
and everything feels just
so overwhelming.

If you often feel disconnected and overwhelmed, then you are not alone. It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos of London living, so we look to ancient practices for holistic well-being.

Introducing Flow and Throw: a yoga and pottery experience designed to help you feel more grounded and connected within.

These workshops, designed by Mercedes Jaskolka, pottery and yoga teacher, will guide you through making shapes out of clay at the potters’ wheel before guiding you through an elemental yoga flow and meditation.

You will learn how these ancient practises are interconnected and how to find more mindfulness in your day-to-day life.

Flow with us. Find your calm. Book Flow and Throw.

Our workshops

  • Flow and Throw

    Yoga, pottery, meditation, refreshments.

Ground and reconnect with two ancient practises combined in a pottery studio. Move gently to ground the body and reconnect with the earth through clay in your hands.

This event also incorporates meditation, and light refreshments are provided. Come back to yourself by combining creativity, wellness and movement.

    Next event:
25th April, Clay Galeria Barnes, 10am-2pm

  • Just Flow

    Yoga, sound, meditation.

An immersive, healing and grounding yoga and sound bath experience. Allow the sounds to wash over you as you engage in gentle, mindful movement before leading into a beautiful meditation.

    Slow vinyasa flow. Muladhara themed.

    Yoga beginners are welcome!

  • Just Throw

    Pottery, sound, meditation.

Allow the mind to clear and relax through a guided meditation, before being guided by an expert potter on how to make vessels at the wheel. Soothe and ground with the live sound bath and the circular patterns at the wheel.

    Everybody is welcome.
