About
your
teacher,
Mercedes

A woman smiling with eyes closed, standing barefoot in a plant-filled room with shelves of pottery and plants in the background.

Mercedes Jaskolka is a ceramic artist and yoga instructor who has experienced, first-hand, the healing power of these two ancient practices. After a childhood marked by trauma, her path to peace was not through conventional therapy but through embodied creativity and movement.

Working with clay gave her a tangible way to rewrite her story, while yoga offered healing through the body. Both became sacred practices of transformation, teaching her that, like clay, we can reshape and mould our inner lives.

She now shares these practices with others, guiding experiences that are more than classes; they are ceremonial journeys inward, where art and movement become portals to healing.
