The details:

Our next workshop is on 25th April 10am-2pm, inside Clay Galeria in Barnes.

• Firstly, we make: 2.5hrs at the potters’ wheel creating shapes from clay.

• We’ll take a break for light refreshments with sacred cacao and shamanic plant medicine, so do let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.

• Then we move, with an hour of gentle yogic movement, inspired by the Earth element, before a blissful meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed.
